Growing up can be challenging. We, boys, deal with puberty and all kinds of physical changes. When puberty knocks on our door, life feels more complicated and confusing than usual. We need a tool to help us express and deal with our emotions. Writing can be a positive outlet to reflect upon our daily experiences. This journal is a guide to help us set goals, declare affirmations, and remind us of our importance and value in the world. When we understand who we are, we will show up in the world as strong, purposeful leaders.
